Jani approaches development in a people-centric way, respecting employees’ professional competence operators are key experts in defining and developing processes.
Experience in different production/logistics leadership roles and development projects, as well as data analysis, gives Jani a strong foundation for identifying improvement potential and bottlenecks. His “toolbox” includes Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and KT Problem Solving, proven effective in root-cause analysis.
